End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 22, 2025

1. Acceptance of EULA

By downloading, installing, or using the Savvi mobile application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to this EULA, you may not install or use the Software. This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Savvi ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Savvi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Software on a compatible device for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  • Distribute, sell, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party;
  • Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Savvi;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software and all related content, including but not limited to code, designs, graphics, and features, are owned by Savvi and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Software by using it.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Savvi has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not use the Software to create, upload, or share content that is:

  • Offensive, obscene, defamatory, or harmful;
  • Discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics;
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusive to other users;
  • In violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Spam, promotional material, or unrelated to the Software's purpose.

Any user found engaging in abusive behavior or posting objectionable content will face immediate account suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities.

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Software, such as goals, journal entries, vision board content, discussion posts, and calendar events. By creating content, you grant Savvi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process such content solely to provide and improve the Software's functionality.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the restrictions in Section 4, you may not:

  • Use the Software to transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Savvi's systems or networks;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Software's functionality or other users' experience;
  • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Third-Party Services

The Software may integrate with third-party services, such as Apple Calendar or Google Calendar. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Savvi is not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.

7. Updates and Modifications

Savvi may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. These updates may be required to continue using the Software. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time without liability, subject to applicable law.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate this EULA by deleting the Software from your device and ceasing all use.

8.2 By Us

We may terminate this EULA and revoke your license to use the Software if you violate any terms of this EULA, including engaging in abusive behavior or posting objectionable content. Upon termination, you must immediately delete the Software from your device.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Savvi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
