By downloading, installing, or using the Savvi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Savvi is a comprehensive life management and goal achievement application that provides:

• Calendar integration and event management
• Goal setting and tracking capabilities
• To-do list and task management
• Vision board creation and visualization tools
• Community discussion groups (Savvi Society)
• Daily journaling features
• Notification and reminder services
• Calendar synchronization with external services (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar)

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Premium Features

Certain features of the App may require a subscription. These include but are not limited to:

• Creating calendar events
• Setting and tracking goals
• Joining discussion groups
• Advanced calendar synchronization

4.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including:

• Goals and personal objectives
• Journal entries
• Vision board images and content
• Discussion forum posts
• Calendar events and notes

5.2 Community Guidelines

When participating in Savvi Society discussion groups, you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other users
• Not post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Not spam or promote unrelated products/services
• Respect others' privacy and confidentiality
• Not engage in harassment or bullying

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the App

6. Calendar Integration

6.1 Third-Party Calendar Services

The App may integrate with third-party calendar services (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers.

6.2 Data Synchronization

When you enable calendar synchronization, the App may automatically import and sync events. You can control these settings within the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Savvi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Notifications

The App may send you notifications related to your goals, calendar events, reminders, and community activities. You can manage notification preferences within the App settings.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and discontinuing use.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Savvi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
